1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Business Golf Network ("BGN") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to business professionals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2 Membership Tiers
- Free: Limited access to platform features
- Virtual: Full digital access, masterclasses, and online networking
- Physical: Includes in-person meetings, golf events, and all virtual benefits
2.3 Payment Terms
Membership fees are charged in advance. Virtual and Physical memberships may include joining fees, annual subscriptions, and/or monthly payments. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at BGN's sole discretion.
2.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
3. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform for lawful business networking purposes only
- Respect other members and maintain professional conduct
- Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
- Not misrepresent your business or credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on BGN. By posting content, you grant BGN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
4.2 BGN Content
All BGN branding, logos, masterclasses, and platform content are owned by Business Golf Network and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4.3 Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on others' rights.
5. Business Opportunities and Deals
BGN facilitates business connections but is not a party to any agreements between members. We are not responsible for the outcome of any business deals, partnerships, or transactions. Members engage at their own risk and should conduct appropriate due diligence.
6. Events and Fourballs
Event and fourball organizers are responsible for their activities. BGN is not liable for cancellations, injuries, or disputes arising from member-organized events. Physical club meetings are subject to club rules and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
